I thought this baby food was delicious (I try everything I give my baby), my daughter on the other hand, hated it. Not only did she hate the lentil and split pea, which I could have guessed, but she hated all the flavors except the Apple-Pear, and this from a kid who will eat anything. Our attempts at Petite Palate were the first time I have ever seen her shut her mouth tight and simply refuse.
The packaging is also difficult, it's terrible for travel and falls apart if you heat it. Plus those little enviro-friendly paper cups are delivered in a huge styrofoam cooler so I'm pretty sure you're not saving any whales by picking this baby food.
Add to all that the expense, and Petite Palate is just not worth it. There's plenty of other organic baby food out there that's better, cheaper, and easier to bring with you.

My son eats almost exclusively organic and is breastfeed. What we give him to eat is so important for his overall health. however, this food, albeit tasty, is WAy TOO EXPENSIVE. Earth's best is just as good a 1/4 the price. I can make him the same mixes at 1/2 the cost.

This is a fantastic product that is made with the best ingredients. Not kidding, it actually tastes good enough that many of the fruit flavors could be used as ice-cream toppers. It's a great way to introduce any baby to healthy flavors.

Petite Palate is the most tasty organic food out! The chefs (who are also mommies) knew exactly what they were doing when they came up with these delicious and nutritious recipes. I always order them as gifts for my friends with children because nothing is more important then a child being healthy and happy. Petite Palate goes above and beyond by offering eco-friendly packaging as well as a taste that both mommies and baby can enjoy. It is so important that our children start off eating right so they can develop healthy eating habits for life! My friends also always take the fruit flavors out of my freezer and eat them as Italian Ice! What a yummy and healthy alternative to those sugar and preservative laden ice treats! No artificial colors or flavors here! All around great company and great products! We look forward to the cookbook!!
